Local know-how

Local search is where most Cincinnati small businesses win or lose online. A site that loads quickly on a phone, lists the neighborhoods you serve, and matches your Google Business Profile gives you a real edge in "near me" results. We also build around local realities: seasonal hours, event weekends, multi-location details, and service areas that cross the river into Kentucky.

The problem

If customers can’t find you, or can’t use your site on a phone, they buy from someone else.

Sound familiar?

  • “We don’t have a website, just a Facebook page.”
  • “Our site was built by someone who isn’t around anymore, and I can’t change anything.”
  • “It looks fine on my computer, but it’s a mess on a phone.”
  • “Customers call to ask things that should be on the website.”

What it’s costing you

  • Searchers finding your competitors first.
  • Phone visitors leaving because they can’t find your number or hours.
  • Calls asking questions your website should have answered.

The fix

How we fix it

Your website is the first impression most customers get, usually on a phone and usually in a hurry. If it’s slow, confusing, or missing, they move on in seconds. We build sites that load fast, say clearly what you do, and make it one tap to call, book, or buy. We write the words, handle the technical setup, connect Google, and hand you a site you own outright and can update yourself.

Where most owners start: Most small businesses start with a focused three-to-five-page site, built to bring in calls, then grow it.

Why Socially Buzzing

Why work with us

Clear before clever

Visitors should know what you do, who it is for, and how to reach you within a few seconds. We write and design around that.

Fast on every phone

Most of your visitors are on mobile. We design for small screens first and keep pages light so they load quickly.

Easy to update

Change hours, prices, and photos yourself. We set up an editor that fits how often you make changes, with a short walkthrough at handoff.

Ready for search and AI chat

Clean structure, page titles, local business details, and an optional chatbot that answers routine questions from your own content.

What it can look like

Before and after, in real life

Examples drawn from situations small businesses run into every day. Illustrations, not client results.

A new landscaping company

BeforeOnly a Facebook page, so people searching “landscaping near me” find competitors first.

AfterA simple five-page site with services, service area, photos of real jobs, and a quote form. It’s connected to the Google Business Profile, so the business shows up in local searches.

A family restaurant

BeforeThe menu is a PDF of a photo of the printed menu, unreadable on a phone.

AfterThe menu is real text that loads fast on a phone and can be updated in minutes when prices change. Hours and directions sit at the top.

How it works

We write the pages (or polish yours) and design them. You review a working preview, not just pictures.

Your time 1 to 2 hours of feedback

  4. 04

    Launch and hand off

We launch, connect Google tools, and walk you through making everyday changes yourself.

    Your time 45 minutes

FAQ

Common questions

How long does a website take?
Most small business sites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest factor is how quickly we can gather content and feedback. You get a timeline in the proposal.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, features like booking or ecommerce, and how much writing you need. After a quick chat, you get a fixed-price proposal so there are no surprises.
Which platform will my site be on?
We recommend a platform based on how you sell and how often you update the site, and explain the tradeoffs in plain English. If you already have a platform you like, we can usually work with it.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The domain, hosting account, content, and design files are yours. We do not hold your site hostage.
Can you write the content too?
Yes. We can write pages from scratch, edit what you have, or work from a short interview with you.
What happens after launch?
You get a walkthrough so you can make everyday edits. Ongoing help with updates, backups, and small changes is available as a monthly care plan if you want it.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Kickoff and review meetings can happen in person anywhere in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, or over video if that is easier.
Will my site help me show up in local searches?
We set up the basics that matter for local search: clear service and location pages, consistent business details, and a check of your Google Business Profile.
I’ve been burned by a web person before. How is this different?
Everything is in your name from day one: the domain, the hosting, and the logins. You get a fixed price before we start, and you can take the site anywhere later.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
Yes. Every website needs hosting, usually a modest monthly or yearly fee paid directly to the host or platform. We explain the options and costs up front, and the account is in your name.
