Social Media Usage Increased by 800% for U.S. Adults Over the Last 8 Years.

According to Forbes Magazine, “the number of online U.S. adults who use social media sites has risen from 8% to 72% as it currently stands in the year 2013.” This is an amazing number of people, and lends credence to the repeated warnings from companies like ours, that it is not a fad, and if you’re not using social media for your business, you are being left behind.

This evidence is further supported by the Pew ResearchCenter, who conducted a study about online networking site usage by adults.

The growth of social media is a sign to businesses everywhere that it is time get in, or be left in the dust.
